i was looking through my vercel deployments the other day, and saw my personal site. i decided to click on it, and saw an ugly mess. stupid gradient, "liquid glass" and outdated project/text.

to think i wasted 2 weeks on this garbage. so, i decided it was time for a redesign.
i didn't want to use any of my precious opus usage from copilot, and my cursor subscription ran out within a week. so, i resorted to the last option:
antigravity.
antigravity is googles ai ide that they released a few months ago, and it is admittedly awful. i genuinely think the only reason people use it is because of the free model usage(opus 4.5, gemini 3 pro, etc).
and that's exactly why i was there, for the free opus. so, i started prompting.
i recently discovered the planetscale site, and as much as i dislike sam lambert, i really enjoy it to be honest. it's the perfect mix of simplicity and elegance that i was looking for, and i fell in love. i love the terminal-esque vibe.

so, i gave claude an image of this site(as inspiration) as well as the terminal.shop site, as it also shared a similar vibe.
i let it loose, and wasted time on youtube whilst it was working. after about 20 minutes, it was done cooking.
i'm going to spare you the details, but it was very bare, so i asked it to add some color and depth, and it did!
the fact that a full site redesign like this only took 2-3 prompts with opus 4.5 is amazing. this model has changed everything. its still expensive af though.
anyway, i hope you enjoy this site as much as i do. i truly love it now.
